Mr. Carpenito has over 22 years of construction experience. He has worked closely with owners and engineers to meet objective goals and enhance project success. Chris has proven experience working with clients and providing creative solutions to minimize disruptions to systems and personnel, and to ensure that project requirements are met.

Thomas Alexander

Vice President – Preconstruction

Mr. Alexander has over 24 years of renovation and construction management experience. He has a comprehensive background in commercial, government, and residential environments from both the design-bid-build and design-build perspectives. As the Director of Preconstruction, he is responsible for all the estimating and business development at Cooper, and takes a hands-on approach with building client relationships. As a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including management, scheduling, coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and extensive client contact, he resolves some of the unforeseen challenges that are sometimes encountered to provide an alternative perspective.
